HR Talent Acquisition

Upon completion of the HR Talent Acquisition program, students will be prepared to develop an inclusive recruitment strategy, labor market assessment, and strategic workforce plan. Students will examine strategies in all phases of the recruitment process, including how talent acquisition professionals effectively collaborate with essential stakeholders, manage business needs, and oversee the implementation of a recruitment plan.  Students will be prepared to create an employee rewards strategy, build an engaging onboarding experience, design and execute employer branding, and understand a wide range of concepts including recruitment systems, data sources, and digital recruitment strategies.
